I Am Not Perfect

[c=#BF0080]Ever feel so guilty after arguing with someone close to you? Even long after the argument? I feel horrible for recently saying some hurtful things that I didn't mean in the heat of the moment to someone I really care about.. Don't you wish you could take some things back sometimes? [/c]

I have also been there before. If you are truly close they will let it go and understand that it happens at times especially when strong feelings are involved. We all make mistakes and unfortunately hurt loved ones sometimes without thinking it out. Sometimes those mistakes can make the relationship stronger.

Yes, I've been guilty of that. All you can do is do your best to take them back.

The relationship grows with the bad and the good. Chalk it up to helping the relationship get stronger and better.

You can't take anything back when spelled out, can you??. What you can do is to apologize, that'll make up a little bit
Ambroseguy80 · 51-55, M
Almost every day or every other day.... 😔
MellyMel22 · F
[c=#BF0080]Yeah, don't we all! haha..[/c]

@MellyMel22: arguing sucks. Yet we spend so much time doing it and I think that's when both lose sight of how petty and hurtful they are really being
MellyMel22 · F
[c=#BF0080]I totally understand that![/c]
Noble · 56-60, M
It's a horrible feeling! Words last forever.

New words spoken can mute previous comments.

@MellyMel22: We can't always think before we speak. It would be ideal, but it's not realistic. Sometimes the best we can do is own up to our faults and apologize.
MellyMel22 · F
@vader2112: [c=#BF0080]I agree..[/c]
It's not only okay, it's great.
