I Was Slippered By My Form Teacher

When I was in my first year at secondary school our form teacher was a really nice young lady but she was unfailingly strict. She taught gym in addition to maths and science and any messing about would be met with sore bottoms. At one stage in the term we had a young student teacher who hadn't got much idea and we played her up dreadfully and had her in tears. Our teacher was very annoyed with this as she felt we had let her down and told us there would be a form detention in the gym.
This didn't sound too bad to us as we enjoyed her gym lessons and for the first 20 minutes we had quite a good time. However, she then produced a slipper which she used on the bottoms of naughty girls and told us that our behaviour was disgraceful and we were all going to have six smacks from the slipper.
So we had to line up and go over her knee in turn and receive six smacks of the slipper on the back of our gym knickers. She was a very good athlete and there were lots of stinging buttons and teary eyes by the time she finished.
Needless to say we were very chastened and our behaviour as a class was much improved even for the young student teacher.
