Today my sister and I are cooking for our Father, his favourite meal! [I Love Cooking and Baking]
Despite their cuisine not being known for great culinary delights, there is an English dish my Dad likes very much, it's roast beef! He doesn't have it too often, but on Father's Day every year my sister and I cook it for him!
We don't remember where he got the taste for this but he likes beef brisket, with roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, peas and greens, with a traditional beef gravy, and a bottle of clarette for his dinner! It's a traditional English meal for Sundays especially.
