I Adore The Feeling Of The Sun Warming My Skin

I don't simply adore the feeling of the sun warming my skin, but heating it up and it feels very good. It effectively enhances my mood (despite the sunburn followed).

I make sure that I get the Winter Sun - today was such a day.

The summer here is not worth to get burnt - to much skin cancer, this side of the earth.

To many now show low levels of VitD ....we do need the sun, in the right dose. (20min)

Nothing compared to a natural full body suntan. In moderation, of course. Especially those body parts that haven't seen sunshine in awhile. 😎
