I Like Dressing Up

Just got a nice spring sportcoat* from Brooks Brothers made of British cloth from Abraham Moon & Sons-tan with a dogtooth pattern and some blue deco. Looking forward to wearing it to a social event.
*called an "odd jacket" across the Atlantic

It wouldn't be known as an "odd jacket" here outside of tailoring circles. That's just a term for any type of jacket that isn't part of a suit. Depending on the style it would be more likely to be known as a sports jacket or blazer
