I am going to be painfully honest, although in my opinion, short hair is fine as long as it suits the woman(including how it is styled). Unfortunately, I don't think it suits Katy Perry at all. I thought she was quite attractive before her [i]Witness[/i] album, but her new haircut just killed her appearance, at least in my opinion.
