That looks like a door knocker. Totally not trying to be rude, I don't care what people do with their body and it doesn't matter what I think at all, but I find huge, obvious piercings unattractive. So yes I like girls with piercings, but only to a certain extent.
@AnnaKaver: Yours is obvious that is shadows the rest of your face, actually. I am with Aiyana here.. too much is, well, too much. :) BUT, if you are happy with it, that is all that really matters
