create the designs get a couple of samples out there. If people like them start getting them produced and I bet there are little boutique shops that would sell them

I don’t know what your looking for but between Wicked Weasel, Skinz and DuBio there should be something that is cute and little.

Make a few bikinis and try to sell them. You will find out soon enough if it is viable or not.
