Is Mrs Doubtfire a comforting movie?

I don't know if comforting is the word but it is touching because of the title character's willingness to go to extreme lengths to see his children, which to me is huge as somebody who grew up without a father.

It's hilarious, comforting, and touching too. Williams was SO good in it🙂👍

Big doses of reality sprinkled throughout, biggest one at the end.

I loved it growing up so usually now if I see it on I’ll watch it
