If you would have to dress like that in winter what would be more problematic for you?

Microskirt. I hate skirts anyway but at least less of your body is exposed when baring your midriff.

I wear bare belly tops with micro miniskirts in the winter. It's the strappy sandals I wear with my outfits that are the biggest challenge. My feet get cold quickly. But I don't spend much time outside when I'm dressed like that.
