What's the most amount of money you've ever spent on a piece of clothing?

I thrift shop for everything besides under things and work shoes. So I'm going to go with 60 bucks or so for shoes. 🤔

A little more than 200€ on Dr. Martens Jadon boots and that's only because I've wanted them for more than 10 years and I finally had the chance to buy them with my own money and not my mum's.

Maybe 128 for this jacket I’m getting but I’ve spent a lot of money on bras too 😭 my size is really unique and I can’t find it anywhere but this one site and their bras are so expensive. It’s going to be about 150 for three bras that I need for Christmas although I don’t buy them regularly since they’re so expensive as to why I’m buying three the ones I have now are starting to get all worn out since I don’t buy bras often if though I’d like to😭. I don’t typically spend a lot of money on clothes though, I don’t see the point unless it’s something like a necessity which I understand somethings are when it comes to clothing based on what you need but you can find clothes for really cheap so I rarely spend a lot on it unless it’s for a specific reason. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Good word! I just can’t wrap my head around that but to each their own.

I, on the other hand, have to have a lengthy internal battle over spending $65 for a pair of new Converse, something I’ve never been able to bring myself to do. I can easily buy my kids a new pair of shoes for that price, but for me...that’s another story. I’d say upwards of 90% of the articles in my wardrobe are thrift store finds.

I refuse to spend much on clothes. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’ll spend whatever on someone else but I find it hard to buy stuff for myself.

My suits are all bespoke - I think the most expensive was probably around $3000. I also get bespoke shirts but they are only about $150 I think. My dress shoes are expensive (Church's are my favorites). Otherwise, I'm usually dressed casually in stuff from Banana Republic. I like that store because they don't have logos on their clothes. I hate advertising for companies so avoid logo clothes like the plague.
