What do you consider fancy attire?

Cause im about to go window shopping today...AGAIN.
And the fanciest thing i could wear is an oversized hawaii tee and my oversized jeans.
I wonder if that makes me look like a bum?馃

I wouldn't think so. As long as they are clean and neat and as long as you aren't going someplace where they'd be totally out of place and inappropriate, you should be just fine. Just because clothes are a little big on you and may not be "fashionable" doesn't mean you look like a bum.
