Do you think it would be okay if I spiked my hawk for work?

I live in the middle of nowhere and work at a pretty conservative grocery store. Gotta cover your tats, guys can't have piercings, can't have unnatural hair colors, gotta wear white button up shirts and your belt has to match your shoes type place. Do you think me spiking my hair up would be too much?
