I Am On My Own Spiritual Path

Okay so something is not sitting right with me. People see my spirituality as a hobby. It's not a simple hobby like book club or collecting things. Being spiritual is part of my religion and part of my personality. Not some hobby I do for fun. No! And sometimes being spiritual is not all fun and game. Sometimes it is serious work at some points. Also isn't kind of rude to say that it is? I mean what if I went up to woman who goes to church ever Sunday to pray to her god. To say "That's a nice hobby you got there. Going to church and all." It like saying to someone that you think there religion or beliefs are a joke! I am on my own spiritual path not because it is some [i]"hobby"[/i], I do it because it's my life!
