I Am Annoyed By Negative People

So my kid's ex bf is really annoying and extra emotional, whenever she doesnt answer his messages he writes how he is going to cut himself but does it all poetic-like such as "the knife's edge is going to call a name tonight and it's going to be my skin" ... I am usually sympathetic to people in emotional states but after threat #733 I can't take him seriously anymore.
