Because we bring in cheap labour nurse from Asia, and they indulge on western foods , and unfortunately they don’t get proper meal breaks on long over worked shifts

I think your being a little harsh , some are beautiful woman returning to work after having a family for example , not every woman is able to maintain her pre- family body and figure , and as I say long shifts and poor food availability and choices NHS ! @Gumba1000

A case of do as I say, don't do as I do.
The number of times I have been told to lose weight by an overweight doctor or nurse is unreal!

When you're sick you're weak.
So bigger nurses gives ya more to hold on to😉

Are there? I've not noticed that. But if there are then maybe they spend so much of their time caring for thick, ungrateful assholes that they don't have enough time to look after themselves properly....

Most of the nurses I have come across where I work are fairly slim healthy on my unit nurses all walk or cycle to work where possible and keep fit and healthy even though the hours worked often get the nurses who you seem to think are majority, eating/ grazing at work then eating a lot of something quick and easy at home because of lack of time to look after diet well
