I Use a Menstrual Cup

When I first joined the military, I was the only woman in my company. When we would go on marches or training days, the toilet facilities were not superb so I had a lot of distress during my period. I bought a menstrual cup at the military shop and it is an absolute life saver. I put it in in the morning and I can march all day with it in. No leaking or anything

during, not in. i was in Iceland for 2 years, 1970-72. i had friends who did serve in Nam, luckily, only one really saw true combat, he came back a different person.
