I Enjoy Growing Older [Growing Old]
Something about growing older.
Life tends to knock off the rough edges, smooth out your being, like a stone smoothed out in a river over time. It changes your outlook, the way you approach things and how you react to situations.
You can take these lessons in two ways, get bitter and angry, or be thankful you have gone through another tough lesson that has given you wisdom to make better choices. I like being older, and I also have a better appreciation for the younger ones too.
