It's very difficult to extrapolate that far. There will probably be technologies or scientific discoveries we don't even know about right now, or wars and natural disasters that we think may never happen.
100 years is a very long time as far as social change is concerned. There isn't much you can really say with confidence
In my humble opinion, I think we will have robots doing the majority of our jobs, a lot of animal extinctions driven by climate change and it's effects on the food chain, a proliferation of virtual reality that will have many living in fantasy worlds and rotting away meaningful relationships, and suicide will be the leading cause of death as populations grow and people become increasingly expendable
