I Am Enjoying Being A Muslim

When I engage in the remembrance of the Almighty, I attain the calmness of the heart.

[Quran 57:16]
[quote]"Is it not time for those who [u]believe[/u] to [u]surrender their hearts[/u] to the [u]remembrance of God[/u], and to [u]the truth[/u] that has come down, and not be like those who were given the Book previously, but time became [u]prolonged[/u] for them, so [u]their hearts hardened[/u], and many of them are sinners?"[/quote]

[Quran 13:28]
[quote]"Those who believe, and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of God. Surely, it is in the remembrance of God that hearts find comfort."[/quote]

We cannot protect ourselves against Satan expect by remembering God. Peace of heart is what I seek and that's found in the remembrance of God.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
[quote]"There's a polish for everything that takes away rust; and the polish of the heart is the remembrance of God."[/quote]
