I Love Gymnastics

I had three hours coaching the younger girls yesterday, which was hard work. Sophie got off work early and helped me out for the last hour, which was great.

I tried to introduce a pirate theme and get the girls moving around the gym like pirates on a ship (climbing the rigging, walking the plank, etc), and we had the theme to Pirates of the Caribbean playing, but they seemed more interested in running around and making a lot of noise 🙄
