I Love God

I came to the church nearly every Sunday. Last Sunday, when I came to the church as usual, a girl around aged 6 hit my back with a book corner. When every of us were asked to kneel down and pray, this girl kicked my heel forcefully. I am pain and not happy about that. I ignored her and think that maybe she kicked me accidentally. Later on, her mom went out to receive holy communion. Her mom asked her to stay in the chair and don't go around. Suddenly, this girl hit my left waist forcefully. I am pain! I look at my left side at once, I found that she stared at me and seems await something. I really unhappy about that. I have no choice but to change my seat after the priest blessed me. Be honest, I never seen this girl and her mom before. I never seen her even during Christmas or Easter. They are tourist from somewhere else. Finally, my back, heel and my waist pain. I taken some pain killer and rest on my bed. This happened inside the church, God is looking at us in the church for sure. I don't want to ruin the atmosphere of the church, so I avoid argue with them and just change my seat. If this happened outside of the church, I will scold her mom for sure.

You did well. I may have had the tendency to say something to the child, loud enough for mom to hear, and hopefully mom would do something about it. Kinda makes me wonder why mom didn't take the child with her to at least get a blessing from the priest.

Tell her mom and your priest and do not let her ruin your love of the church. She does not speak for everyone. Remember God is watching her too.

Yes both Mom and daughter needed scolding and maybe more.
