I Like to Be Barefoot

My room mate Katya has decided to walk around in bare feet outside of lessons, to boost her natural immunity and protect against colds 😔

I am trying to follow her example, but it is not easy while it is so cold outside 😟

Oh great little bear 🐻 barefooting is so fantastic and really good for your health. Although this snow doesn’t help. My advice the grit salt is often worse than the snow.

@KatieJ It's cold, but better than having wet socks 😟 They were in lots of trouble . . early bedtimes all week for that "joke" 🙄

@TammieBear Ugh 😑 I hate wet socks 🧦 they are so horrible in a way I cannot describe. At least if feet get wet they are naturally dry very soon afterwards.

try going naked when ever you can even if you feel a bit cold .You will be surprised just how quick your body becomes immune to the chill .I am a nudist and when I first came to the uk from Africa aged 20 I really felt the cold but going naked as much as possible soon got me used to it and nowadays I only feel cold if it drops below about 12/13 degrees C .

@TammieBear Yes used to be the same for me lol when I first came to the uk thought I would freeze to death so glad my body got used to it .However I don't think I will ever go nude in snow like some do or jump in the sea in the middle of winter .Then I think I would freeze

@Rhodesianman Katya has just got back from Russia and she thinks that 3-5C is warm 🙄 We had arguments this week about her wanting to keep the window open at night 😟

@TammieBear My ex inlaws kept their bedroom window open all year round and the house was always cold yet it didn't seem to bother them I geuss its what your body gets used to .My ex inlaws weren't nudists but told me they did sleep nude and hardly ever slept under a cover how they didn't freeze I don't know
