I Love Lazy Mornings In Bed

Every week day I get up at 6.00am to go running, before anyone else in the house is up. On Sunday I get up early to sing in chapel choir. Saturday is the one day I do not need to get up early, but my mum hates me to stay in bed after 8.30am. She pulls the bed clothes off me and leaves the door and windows open so I am uncomfortable 馃槙 I don't know why she does this. I would not stay in bed all day if she left me alone, but I would like an extra hour in bed to read my book.

It is really annoying when your mum pulls ur blanket, leaves the door and windows open. I just can say that I hate those actions and lucky that my room does not have windows. My mum never did those to me. But you know it is an action of caring and love. Imagine if she never woke you up at 6, would you have a habit to wake up at 6 am?

@wildflower12: I get by myself in the week. But yes, I know she does it because she loves me 馃様

I run too. Every morning at 5am or 5:30. I wish I could sleep in sometimes, but my morning runs are a long term habit.

@JennaBug: I wake up at the same time, but I like to read in read in bed because it is warm and snug.

@TammieBear: Yeah. Now it's winter here, it's getting harder to get up and easier to stay in. If it gets any colder I will be staying under the doona.

I have done it but I have also let them sleep as long as they wish. :)

I'm sorry. :( *hug* idk why parents do stuff like that. My mom wakes me up too early in weekends to. Ugh!

because she has been taught by media that if you let your kid stay in bed they will stay for the rest of the day, this is what she believes 馃

@MartinTheFirst: I wouldn't, I have gymnastics later in the morning 馃槦
