Have a look, I started a new art project, painting on cement plates
I am making 7 plates like this in the picture of the 7 colours that correspond to the 7 chakras, hence all of the most basic colours. I love this project. I paint outdoors, under the shadow of a tree and i find it to be equally creative, expressive, fulfilling, and most importantly for me right now, healing.
While i paint, i listen to a healing chakra meditations that involve singing(chanting). Today that i created the blue one, i listened to a tibetan throat chakra healing audio. I've three more left. I love this.
