All of it should be legalized and treated as a medical, social, and work place issue. The war on drugs just makes things worse, it runs up the price of drugs which gives traffickers more money and more motivation to get their product to us, it also dramatically increases the violence associated with the illegal drug trade. If you want more Chinese toxic imitation fentanyl then just make it more illegal than it already is by adding the death penalty like what Trump wants.
