I Don't Fear Death
I have no fear of being dead what frightens me is what i might suffer before i depart.
I have faith in God and have assurance that i will be with him in eternity, something that many do not have, and if i was not right with God i certainly would have a great fear of death as well. Anyone reading this and don't have the assurance of eternity with God should give this a lot of earnest thought as it says in the bible in John Ch3 V 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life NIV.
So therefore if we believe that Jesus died for our sin on the cross of Calvary and ask him to come into our life and to take control of it we can resist the fear of death and enjoy a better and happier life in the knowledge that our sins have been forgiven.
