What do you do to move forward when there is no closure? [I Dont Like Small Talk]

I’ve been in that situation and it’s horrible. Unfortunately you have to make your own closure. One technique is to think of a bonfire, and imagine that you’re throwing everything about that situation on it. Let it burn, warm your hands and walk away. It’s really hard and I feel for you.

That's a tough one.

Take a box and put everything that reminds you of them in it.
Seal it then put it out of sight.

Grief - however it hits you, is a process in five stages.

Shock.
Denial.
Anger/Guilt.
Depression.
Acceptance.

You move on once each stage is done with you

I moved away.

There is no guarantee that a closure will change how you feel.
So, I'd stop giving my power away to something I cannot change and I would look within me and see what I can help with there.

That's life ... I mean you just do. Maybe as a broken person or as one who learns the shedding of skin.

Moving on isn’t as easy as it sounds. I’m probably ruined for anyone else until I can.

For me, just suck it up and move forward.

time to just get over it

Cry a lot.

Move around it.

You just move , move or be trapped

Try to stay busy.
