Have you ever been irrationally pissed at someone ? [I Dont Like Small Talk]

I was definitely and started insulting them in ways I shouldn't have and I regret having lost my control so much but I know, I was really really tired of them.

Yes and No ....I’m not perfect ... I feel things and my heart reciprocates to it sometimes, if I lose my cool then there’s usually a reason for it and it takes a lot to bring that side of human nature out of me ~ like I’m under a lot of stress and I’m giving more than I’m receiving.

Other times I don’t bother expressing anything about things ~ I go for a run instead or keep busy and when hindsight kicks in I usually feel like apologising for everything in it’s entirety so life can go on amicably.

It’s exhausting dealing with real feelings that’s why plenty avoid it lol

Yes, there have been times where I’ve felt that way before. But, as I’ve gotten older I realize my feelings are valid whether other’s view it that way or not, and they shouldn’t be muted or made to seem as wrong because of how someone else feels. Now how I react towards my feelings and emotions, is definitely another situation. I’ve gotten a lot better with how I react and handle situation that upset me.

Yeah, I have some anger issues.

Honestly yes, I have to remind myself it is as you said, "Irrational" And then I mentally, and irrationally apologise without them knowing.
