Do we really change /evolve ,or do we just accept our realities ? [I Dont Like Small Talk]

When we accept our realities, we evolve. It's a paradox.

I like to think acceptance of our reality can be a catalyst for change and evolution

I'd say a mix of both. We change overtime and accept it.

We grow into who we are with a few tweaks here and there. Real change is very difficult and I don’t know that it’s ever done without consistent work or effort going towards that change.

We change. Change Is a part of time an universal law. Even ppl who dont change suffer more and more with the resistance and obviously age like the rest of us
