I Am Tired of Being Fat

Carbohydrates give energybut can ultimately be stored in body as fats
eating of wrong types of fats can make you fats.. but eating the right type of fats can make you thin..
like found in Avocados, olive oil, Almonds papaya.. are Good fats.

eating of proteins build up muscles.. but when too many proteins are digested they become fats..

Enzymes! enzymes.. that's what you need to become thin

why some fats may make you control weight is because of their Lipase and other enzymes!

Many proteins also help control weight but not All.
The best of enzyme that I have known to control weight is [b]adipocyte phospholipase A2[/b]
eat Plenty of cakes, pastries chicken, mutton; fries.. etc this enzyme will still keep you thin 馃槀馃槀

but this enzyme is found nowhere in food products, but our adipose Tissues only..


When people are consuming enzymes.. that's when the All body is loosing weight.

All medicines, pills ; injections .. etc.; concerned for losing weight revolve around Enzymes.

So we must make our body more Enzymatically Active ..


Many other enzymes may be found in various vegetables; fruits, etc..
we must get them

Enzymes not only control weight; but make our colon, Liver, stomach,
pancreas and even blood more more better then proteins make our body more better.

Carbohydrates provide energy from time to time
while fats are still a bit more important Than carbohydrates (the right kind of fats!)
