I Have Been In An Age Gap Relationship

I was 19 and she was 42. Short lived at only 8 months but damn was it a learning experience and life altering.

I was 18 and he was 50. I desperately wanted to learn to fly and he was teaching me. It lasted under a year, but was my first real love affair. We’re still good friends.

@Pherick yes, we have lunch maybe once a month or more, and dinner occasionally. He has a small air transport company, and when he’s in town he will generally call.

@Pherick Age may just be a number but I learned real quick it means so much more in experience and how things are handled. Grew up so much in those 8 months. At least I know I am a better person from it all in the end.

@SailorMarz Kinda ashamed but it was my friends mom. In my eyes she was the really cool party it up mom that understood me. In her eyes I became the mistake that put her on everyone's shit list because how could she do such a thing. She ended it with me.
