However much a monster you think your national leader is going to be, what good does it do your young kids to scare them with it?

Do you think people should lie to their children ? There are some situations where if he does what he promised, lives will change. Why shouldn't kids be prepared ?

But not where I live. See, I'm not in the habit of lecturing foreigners about their internal politics. As a parent, however, I have a lot to say about other parents who prefer to express their own insecurities rather than put their kids first.

By not specifying which "national leader" you mean, you actually [b]are[/b] putting yourself in the position of lecturing to others, who may have valid reasons for not keeping their children in the[i][/i] dark.
