I Cant Sleep With Lights Or Noise
Has to be conplete silence if there's any noise calm music maybe,, I can't sleep currently because I'm in a new room and there is an old clock that ticks loudly

bummer. I have learned to go the opposite way way wake up if it is ever too quiet. I work odd sometime overnight hours sleeping in the day and also when younger would wake up if there wasn't noise. It would alert me that the kids may need some help or are planning something.
