Ive been trying to talk more but i run into this wall where im in a group of people and my mind just goes blank.
I start something new and the people start to realize i dont talk and i just start to think they hate me because i dont talk and everyrhing just gets worse.
I know the problem is in my mind but the issue is just trying to fix it.
I wish that i could just say what i wanna say and let my words fall out but im a chronic over thinker and the issue is slowing down my thoughts so my words have time to roll off my tongue.
