pledge 2/7

i felt noticeably weaker this morning, but i felt no hunger. i had breakfast. i felt a little hungry in the afternoon and had some fruit then. i am hungry again now, only a little, but it's way past 7 pm so i won't be eating.

- permission to eat breakfast
- otherwise no eating unless hungry
- no eating after 7 pm

You don't need permission to eat. Just portion your food, and eat healthier.
Don't forget to include exercise

Eating a small amount of fruit or nuts or meat every time you’re hungry helps a lot, the more often you eat and the more actual nutrition you get the faster your metabolism can build up to

It doesn’t matter what time you eat at. Just portion your food out and eat things high in protein. Also get some exercise in.
