A few months ago before these racial tensions came about. People who loved Terry Crews in his many shows and movies considered him an amazing soul. Fast forward to now, this man tweeted some very unifying, unbiased, love for all words. I can see why he is such a well outspoken soul.
However during the rise in racial tensions these people who idolized this man would call out anyone who were to say the same exact words this man said had they been white. These people doing the subjective call outs happen to not really do anything to actually aid society or unify people. They merely share "gotcha" moments on social media and explain how "not racist" they are through aggressive virtue signaling. They will fall silent and try to ignore this mans beautiful words.
Some members of the black community might identify on the more fanatical side of BLM will obviously call Terry a Coon or Uncle Tom but that only supports his words as true.
