I Want a Online Girlfriend

I live in the country with no car and very little money so meeting people in the real world is almost impossible. Meeting them online is my only chance. People always say try a a dating site but again...they usually cost money. There are a lot of people in this world that are really good people but they are alone and lonely not by choice but by the circumstances they found themselves in. I read around 55% of the world's adult population are not in any kind of serious realtionship. Where are these people?
