I Love Spaghetti

Share your Spaghetti Bolagnase inspirations!

I make a very Aussie version using kangaroo mince because of it's strong irony gamey flavour and almost no fat, some sort of tomato-base sauce (sometimes a jar - sometimes I create my own), fried up onion and mushroom, and wholemeal spaghetti.

So yummy - and I make enough to do a week's worth of extra meals to freeze for work.
