Overstimulation Gives Me Pain

I keep my problems to myself and God! I am very sensitive to things, and I can be overwhelmed by them! Desensitization is problematic, as it is at times absorbing and debilitating! I have gotten worst since studying, but my priest has said to pray for peace!

If you are a sensitive person then it is part of who you are. But you don't have to let things stress you out so much. Yoga is good for the mind and body. Aromatherapy oils .. learn about something you are interested in. If people want to be insensitive to us, what can we do? It is their problem and not ours. We are all human. Put your mind to better things.

I think I'd put more emphasis on learning to relax and maybe handle stress better ... Just a thought
