Am I being a sensitive person or is there a reason behind this?

I am very similar. When people get angry and start yelling or using that tone I will usually run for cover. I'm very insecure in my attachment style so I tend to assume I'm not wanted anymore ever.

Were you yelled at a lot as a child? I'm not trying to be mean, but that is one possibility why.
Also hormones fluctuate in women's bodies a lot.

Probably... The bottom line is people, including you, make mistakes... Some people will yell and scream when you do, others will patiently explain how to avoid them in future.... It's life, it's how we learn and grow

well if they raise there voice caus somethin bad is gonna happen after then its ok to cry I think

It’s not just you. I think most people react negatively to some extent when being yelled at—it’s disrespectful. But to the point of tears indicates that you take it very personally. As another poster suggested, perhaps a childhood incident left a mark.
