I Would Like to Be a Foster Parent

In the Light of the Parsons Green incident, please be careful of who you are fostering, as usual the Government is not doing real security checks on the people coming into The UK via Europe, those poor people who Fostered this Scum are now having their Lives torn apart after all the wonderful work they have done in the past soon to be forgotten, Because of 2 scumbags

Isn't the bomber an adult, as in ages 18 or older? Given that a parent is no longer responsible for his/her behavior. I understand the remorse issue but thankfully the foster parents should not have any responsibility for such criminal conduct.

@LynnUK Both of us have to tolerate "Do-Gooders" unfortunately. At least we are true to ourselves without attempting to be something or someone that we aren't, otherwise known as hypocrites.
