I Wonder When Honor,loyalty And Morals Died

Where is a parents honor when their children are raised poorly and become a bully in school? How can their children be loyal to their parents wishes when they become bullies? And where exactly do children learn morals? This is what i think; having children is not a sacrifice. It is a gift that should be taken care of in the same way they would treat their most valued posessions
