Personally, I need upwards of 8 or 9 hours of sleep, but there's a small fraction of the population that requires very little sleep to remain energetic, happy, productive, and healthy. It's called super sleeper syndrome and not gonna lie, I'm very jealous of those people.

Some people are genetically able to work hard on very little sleep. Some people can't. I think part of the secret is never to poison your body. Don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs, and you will probably feel so good you won't need a full 8 hours of sleep.
