I Want to Choke My Co-workers

Ever have a Co worker that you shake your head and think how we're you even hired here.
She won't make a phone call to tell the customer we don't have the product they want she won't call cause she doesn't like talking to strangers....that was her excuse. I go darling we work at McDonald's which is ALL strangers.....I just...ahhh!!!
