@Ironicman I can't see them siding with the illegality argument. His 'method' is extremely dodgy and doesn't hold water but he broke no law in doing so.
When they get back to Parliament i think it's pushed the likelihood of a no confidence vote as the first order of business following the Queens speech.
Which i suspect will happen. Be defeated. After which it all depends on his intentions re: 'getting (or not) a deal from the E:U'.
