Currently being debated in the Commons, Theresa May's 'improved Brexit deal'

Few sound 'convinced' they'll back the government in the vote tonight.

I don't think they will nothing much has changed . I can honestly see democracy falling apart over Brexit .If we don't leave a lot of people are going to be very angry .As for myself I am so sick of it I will never vote again and a lot of people I know feel the same way .

@Rhodesianman I think what disturbs me the most (other than our politicians being about as creative as flour) is the fact that we've been tied into this organization that 'allows' us to 'function' as poorly as we do, and there seems no political will to even make the attempt to try and improve on our current situation.

@Picklebobble2 I know its a joke after 2 years I and a lot of people I know are so sick of it they couldn't careless .I probably wont be around much longer due to ill health so don't care .

@nn33elia I'd prefer to stay in but that's not what was decided.
It's still very likely. Possibly not the end of this month. My prediction currently.

EU grants a short extension until approximately the time of the elections to the European Parliament which UK does not intend to take part in. There is a legal question if we extend beyond whether that is necessary or not.

However they continue to refuse to renegotiate deal. UK Parliament continues to reject it so we crash out no deal around June.

@nn33elia It's possible but it doesn't have the support of half of the Commons.

There was a time when politicians lived in fear of being lynched if they decided to go against the wish of their constituents.
These days they're more in danger of being 'promoted' to The House of Lords.

That doesn't solve THE endemic issue within the Conservative party though.
I fear they may have to go through root and branch reform, just as Labour had to back in their unelectable 80's period.

Waiting on the count. I go for motion rejected by still over 100 votes.

I nearly said 150 I should have done.
