Hebrews 11:1-3. I really like this one as it even says how things are created from things which we cannot see. And we now know that the universe is created from atoms.
@QuixoticSoul that would probably be from an electron microscope. But if I remember my science class those were not around when they wrote the Bible. And are not visible to our eyes. So it would seem they were right !
