@revenant when i started pursuing all this, i actually started with breath work, i wud rather not recommend it ,, what it does to ur body if ur not prepared n lackadaisical in ur practice.. it's best done in physical guidance. I m bearing the brunt of it after many years so i wudnt suggest that practice as first line of action
