@Fangirlsarah1996 Well Luke had most of his training offscreen. In between Empire and Return. The series has always been lazy with training

She has had literally no training, the only Force user she saw in the whole movie (Barring Luke) was Kylo Ren...and it's doubtful he was giving her lessons.

I don't know how spoiled you are with Last Jedi...but I'll just say Rey's force powers make sense. @Fangirlsarah1996

The mary sue thing?

@JarJarBoom Google what a Mary Sue is. Basically everyone on the internet was calling her character a Mary Sue.
